Reading Intervention Summer Camp

Experience a unique and safe learning environment where students will be placed in small groups with those of similar reading skills. Students will have a specific individual education plan (IEP) developed in accordance to a thorough assessment by a psychologist. The IEP will be delivered by a special education teacher and the student will be supported by specially trained personnel.  
This is a 3-week program. The content of the program includes cognitive and memory training activities as well as receiving academic intervention in reading and writing tailored according to the unique needs of the student.

Date:         July 15th – August 2rd 2013
Location:   Oshawa Clinic, 117 King Street East, 2nd Floor, East Wing
Time:         Grades 1 – 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (Mon. to Fri.)
                  Grades 9 – 12 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 pm (Mon. to Fri.)
 
Cost:          $1,200/ week
                  Receive $500.00 discount when you pay for all three weeks at once.
