Christmas and Mental Health

With the Christmas season approaching fast, it may feel overwhelming for those with so much to do and so little time. It is even more stressful for those with mental health concerns. Take some time this month to engage in good mental health practices such as taking breaks, eating right, exercising, and getting enough rest. Doing all these things may seem overwhelming, but remember that engaging in even just one type of self-care is the beast place to start.
